Hello, I'm Talia.

Planet lover. Social Designer. Activist. Mother. Dreamer. Entrepreneur. Guerilla Gardener.

After growing up in Paris, I studied Communication Design at l’ECV Paris from which graduated with honors in 2008. I started my career working on editorial and visual design projects, and developed a specialization in still-life and floral set-design for luxury brands such as Chanel, Guerlain, and Cartier amongst others.

The purpose of my work shifted after a 6 months trip to India, where I volunteered in a community-based rehabilitation center in Jaipur. This experience pushed me to find ways to use my design skills to help those in need.

With Tomorrows with Heart, the socially conscious homeware brand I co-founded, we created a circular system to co-design our patterns with the children of the center in Jaipur, and use our earnings to purchase their yearly school supplies. Our textiles were produced with their makers in mind, in collaboration with NGOs focusing on women empowerment and traditional crafts conservation.

I’m also the co-founder Beirut Jam Sessions, a Lebanese music platform and event organizer of which I was the creative director for about 5 years.

After living between Paris, Beirut, and Jaipur, I moved to New York City where I had the opportunity to create immersive learning experiences around creativity and innovation for companies like Microsoft and Pfizer. I was also a recurrent guest speaker at the Parsons School of Design | The New School.

When not designing for a better world, I can be found gardening, obsessively reading about the child’s brain development, observing nature, and dancing with my one-year-old.
